November 30 Days of Kindness Challenge

In just a few days it will be November! One of our favorite months, not just because of the holidays, but because November is all about gratitude. A long, productive year is coming to a close and chances are, you’ve made a lot of progress and positive changes in your life. Taking the time to reflect and appreciate all your hard work is one of our favorite traditions this time of year. But there’s another piece to the puzzle… we have to put all that gratitude to good use!

Our favorite way to turn gratitude into action is by giving back and spreading kindness. That said, we challenge you to a November kindness challenge complete with 30 acts of kindness, one for each day of the month. Keep reading for a list of ideas if you’re with us! And remember, these are just suggestions. Feel free to add your own ideas as inspiration strikes!
